Fix sinking ground without demolition.
Est. 2008Pelabuhan Klang
We lift sunken concrete slabs back to level and strengthen soft ground by injecting polyurethane through small drilled holes. Floors and roads stay in place, and the area is usually back in use after a few hours of curing.
Ground engineering backed by research.
Our injection system was developed with researchers from Universiti Teknologi MARA's Faculty of Civil Engineering, and our chemical mixes have been refined for Malaysian soil since 2009.
About GeoconBuilt to fix what's underground.
Geocon is a specialist, not a general building contractor. Every job uses the same method: high-pressure polyurethane injection into the ground below your structure.
How injection worksSlab uplifting & re-levelling
Factory floors, warehouses, porches, driveways and road pavements raised back to level.
Soil stabilisation
Weak or loose soil strengthened and compacted, without adding heavy weight.
Void & sinkhole filling
Cavities and soil washed out by leaking drains, filled and sealed.
Bridge & culvert approaches
Settled transition zones re-supported where embankments meet piled structures.
Why inject instead of break and recast?
Hacking out a sunken slab and pouring a new one leaves the soft soil underneath untouched, and adds weight to it. Injection repairs the ground first.
No hacking or recasting
We work through small-diameter holes, so the slab, tiles and fittings stay where they are. There's little debris, dust or noise, and nothing to cart away.

Back in use within hours
Polyurethane expands within minutes of injection. Most areas can be used again after a few hours of curing, not after weeks of concrete work.

No extra weight on soft soil
The foam is lightweight, so it doesn't load the soft ground that caused the problem in the first place. New concrete and fill do the opposite.
Fixes the cause underneath
Injection fills voids, pushes out trapped water and compacts the soil around it, so the ground can carry load again. A new slab on the same soil can sink the same way.
